How long have you been working as an estate agent for Wretman Estate?

I worked as a sales and administrative assistant at the Nice and Menton agency for almost 2 and a half years, which inspired me to become a sales agent with Wretman Estate afterwards.

What do you think is the best asset/personality trait to be a good estate agent?

For me, the best asset/personality trait to be a good estate agent is to listen to the customer, to be demanding and to have a good knowledge of the property market, which is constantly changing.

How long have you lived in France?

I’ve always lived in France, I grew up in Nice, with a Swedish mother, so I was brought up with Swedish traditions and education, and I regularly went to Sweden to see my family. I feel as much part of Nice as I do of Sweden.

What’s your favourite walk/outing in the region?

My favourite outing is to go for a walk between Nice and Villefranche-sur-Mer, or to go for a walk in the forest near Cannes, where you can get some very pretty views.

Where’s your favourite place to go to the beach?

My favourite beach is Plage de la Mala in Cap d’Ail, or Plage de Passable in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat: real gems on the Côte d’Azur!

Which is the best ski resort in the area?

For me, the best ski resort in the area is La Foux d’Allos, which has a large ski area and a charming, lively village.
