What’s your favourite beach?

The beaches at Les Issambres are my favourite. Les Issambres has lots of little rocky bays, where you can hide from the hustle and bustle of life for a few hours.

Where do you find the best ski slopes?

Pra-loup in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. A friendly little village with most of the pistes facing north. The snow is always of good quality. Take advantage of the fine weather in the Southern Alps and get good quality snow.

What’s your favourite place on the Côte d’Azur?

The Roquebrune rock, an impressive rock formation just outside the village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens in the Var. From its summit you have a spectacular 360° view, from the Alps to the sea!

Tell us something people don’t know about you?

I’m a qualified dog and cat behaviourist, I love helping aggressive or fearful dogs or cats. It’s an extremely rewarding job.

What’s your favourite local restaurant?

The Mobi plage restaurant in Saint-Raphaël. Lounge music, right on the water and good food. Perfect for watching the sunset on a summer’s evening.
