Piene Haute, charming hamlet in the Menton hinterland, close to Sospel and Breil sur Roya, the Italian border, the Roya valley and the Mercantour park. A superb place for passionates of nature and calm, not far from the coast and amenities.

This charming village house of 70m², is located on the church square, with a breathtaking view of the mountains. It consists of an entrance which takes you into the kitchen and dining room with possibility for fireplace, two bedrooms with magnificent views of the village and the mountains, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a living room and a 3rd smaller room that can be used as an extra bedroom. Lots of charm with differences in levels by a few steps in the house.

In the church square there is the possibility of setting up a table and chairs to enjoy the view with a meal! Possibility of parking in the village car park with 2-minute pedestrian access. No charges.

A good part of the house and its main roof is in good condition, but for the living room and 3rd room, the roof needs to be redone. Kitchen to install.
